FinMan

 FinMan is a offline intranet application to meet the requirment of micro-financing enterprises. It supports multi-users upto maximum 5-8 users. The salient features of application are as listed below.
  1. - Masters : Allows to define schemes for Loan, RD Accounts and FD Accounts


  2. - Loans :  Allows to create a loan application along with attaching required documents, photos etc and submit for approval, Approver has facility to view the client details, previous history etc and approve or reject the application. Only approved applications will be available for disbursement. System generates required documents such as Gurantor undertakings, promisory note, EMI receipts Etc. Optionally system will send SMS alerts for EMI on loan accounts.


  3. - RD : Allows to create RD accounts and manage accepting instalments and payouts. Optionally systmem will send SMS alerts on instalments and payout notifications to account holders.


  4. - FD : Allows to create FD Accounts and accept the funds and maturity payouts. Optionally system will send SMS on maturity to account holders.


  5. - Reports : Account statement for any account can be viewd, download and supports printing.


  6. - Vouchers : Allows to punch vouchers for contra, expense and purchase activities.


  7. - Real time data for funds in cash, bank, pending for disbursement, estimated receivables from Loan EMI and RD Installments, Estimated maturity payouts for current month etc. This will enable the proprietor to manage the funds.


  8. - Software will be licensed for two years and delivered on a CD.


  9. - After two years, yearly license will be renewed at 30% of listed price.


  11. - Unlimited support during licensed period.
