SalesTracker is a online web application to meet the requirment of sales process automation. It supports multi-location multi-user, anytime accesiblity and specially designed to manage sales activity and asses the performance of indiavidual or team. The salient features of application are as listed below.
  1. - Products List : Allows to add products to the list with its description and MRP.

  2. - Users :  Allows to create a location, team and sales personnel. You can add multiple team leaders and back-office executives.

  3. - Customers : Allows to add as many as customers with contacts at different locations and departments

  4. - Discounts : Allows to define discount schemes either customer specific or product specific or Quantity based discounts


  5. - Appointments: Team Leader or back-office executive can punch appointments with customer and assign to one of the sales executive.


  6. - Sales executive can punch his own appointments with customer and re-schedule if required.


  7. Manage Visits: Sales Personnel can punch visit reports and make quotations on the fly and send to customer's email id. Optionally he can also request back-office executive to send duly signed hardcopy to customer.


  8. - Team leader can view the appointments of his team members, visit reports for better scheduling and enhance performance by timely help to his team members.


  9. - DMS: Desk Messaging Service enables users to chat instantly with highest level of data security. Messages will remain in encrypted form on internet zone.


  10. - Order Management: Sales personnel can punch the order and monitor the delivery status.


  11. - Software will be licensed for two years and delivered on a CD

  12. - After two years, yearly license will be renewed at 40% of listed price.
