 SocietyDesk is a offline desktop application designed for individual societies / accouting service providers. It is specially designed for housing society accouting, management and documentation activities.
  1. - Tariff Card : Allows you to set tariff for various charges. Supports flat charges as well.


  2. - Bill Book : Allows you to generate / view / print maintenance bills at a click of button. Generate the billing report and optionally sends SMS to member on new bill. Support for monthly OR Quarterly billing.


  3. - Other Bills : Facility to generate non-maintenance bills as well.


  4. - Receipt Book : Facility to punch / view / print the receipts for cash and cheques. Optionally sends SMS to member for payment received. 


  5. - Vouchers : Facility to punch / view /print Purchase vouchers, Expense Vouchers, Contra Vouchers and Journal Vouchers.


  6. - Complaints Book : Facility to write down complaints received and update the progress. Facilitates to analyse the nature of problems &cause so that management can policy decision for budget allocation & priorities.


  7. - NOC : Facility to create and maintain No-Objection Certificates to members. Minimal data input and generates complete document.


  8. - Work Permit : Facility to issue work permits for vendors / domestic helpers to carry out renovation work / regular services as requested by society or its mebers. This permit is must to enter premises by service providers.


  9. - Tenancy Permit : Facility to issue this permit for member who is willing to let-out their property. Tenant has to submit this permit to security at gate along with police verification record to gain access to the premises.


  10. - Statuatory Registers : Facility to maintain I-Form, J-Form, Shares Register, Nomination Register , Sinking fund register and FD Register.


  11. - Transfer Process : Facility to generate complete and maintain documents such as Form 21, 23 etc related to transfer process.
