  5. - Other Bills : Facility to generate non-maintenance bills as well.


  6. - Receipt Book : Facility to punch / view / print the receipts for cash and cheques. Optionally sends SMS to member for payment received. 


  7. Vouchers : Facility to punch / view /print Purchase vouchers, Expense Vouchers, Contra Vouchers and Journal Vouchers.


  8. - Complaints Book : Facility to write down complaints received and update the progress. Facilitates to analyse the nature of problems &cause so that management can policy decision for budget allocation & priorities.

  11. - Tenancy Permit : Facility to issue this permit for member who is willing to let-out their property. Tenant has to submit this permit to security at gate along with police verification record to gain access to the premises.
